Delivery

Due to Brexit and the current supply chain shortage delivery times for all suppliers are extended at current.

Safe Stor: 4-6 week delivery

Biohort: 4-5 week delivery

Asgard: 14-16 week delivery

Lotus, Saffron, Falcon, Pantheon, Jasmine, Lifetime, Kingston, Rubbermaid: 30 days if the product is in stock (otherwise additional time for the stock to arrive)

Returns

From the day you receive your product, you have 14 days to decide if you’re happy with it.

If you aren’t, give us a call on 01273 658001 to arrange a collection.

Do not unpack the product or take it off the pallet if you plan to return it. If you do you will have to cover the cost of returning the item.
